Charlie has taken on the role of project manager for PRIME Time. In order to do this, he knew he had to learn more about project management. He has somehow carved out time in order to read through resources and find info to help. He has brought in some great resources (like the RACI matrix) which are helping us move forward. He has provided great structure and form to a daunting process. Thanks to his work, we are confidently moving forward on something that is going to have a very positive impact on the school.
